We haven't yet started using it on a day to day but I have been working very closely with their team on adjusting the platform to our needs. So far it has been great and they have found solutions to all our requirements. We're at the stage where it seems like we're ready to use it on a day to day basis and I'm very excited about it!

Steve was very helpful in our introductory-call. He explained the tools that I was interested in in detail. He went above and beyond by making a custom rule for my store which will help with creating purchase orders that are in a different currency than the store currency.

The app works great and Alex has been super helpful in getting everything setup correctly. Highly Recommend

We are a new business so still monitoring the accuracy of the inventory planning tools, but to date the team at Assisty have been great! They worked hard to ensure our data was "clean" before we started paying for the app, they are very responsive and engaged, and have created a new linked google spreadsheet that is very intuitive, informative and will make forecasting easy! This app is very affordable but also robust in its features. We have around 2,000+ skus and it really helps us plan, manage, and forecast our inventory. I've only been using it for a few days but it seems really great! I just had an onboarding meeting, which I was reluctant to do but I'm so glad I did, lots of great tips to help me re-buy and apply some demand forecasting! Time will tell just how valuable this app will be, but so far I'm super impressed.
