I've been using Assisty for nearly a year. While the creators are clearly dedicated to providing good customer service, my experience with the app has been inconsistent. Despite its reasonable pricing, the app is plagued with bugs, which can be frustrating for those running serious e-commerce businesses. Reliability and trust are crucial in such tools, and unfortunately, Assisty falls short in these areas. I gave it an honest try, but it's not suited for businesses that require consistent performance.

We use Shopify for web and epos now , this app helps us forecast what products we need in each shop and the amount. It is easy for us to read and understand. The support team ( I spoke with Rio ) he set everything up for me inside the app and showed me around it very helpful.

At first this app seemed so promising. All the right reports, features and data points. After the initial excitement of finding a reliable inventory management reporting app, we found that it was way too slow to use. Reports took way too long to generate and navigating the app took eons to load after every click or would straight out give an error message that the data or report couldn't be loaded.

We've been building our own custom reports for replenishments using exports from two different Shopify stores, and it was getting to be a lot of work. This app has saved us so much time already, and the support is excellent. We had very specific needs for which data to combine between stores and which data to not combine, and the developers went out of their way to modify our account to handle our data correctly. Well worth the cost for us.

I am always hesitant about apps to purchase. But this app so far is doing everything it says it will do and more. They even took the time to help me out with some custom reports. and then took more time helping me auto update a google sheet to put it online for our inside team. I hardly ever right a review. But really feel they deserve more business from others looking for similar solutions.

I have nothing but great things to say about this app and the support behind it. It is very easy to learn especially with a support team that seems to be available whenever needed. Also they have screen sharing which is very helpful when explaining issues you have and their resolutions. Very powerful product and excellent support!

As a small business owner I don't know how i survived without a great app like AI Inventory Management Report. it is my go to app straight after i look at sales. Support from the team is incredible. Words on a review can't capture how much they rock.

They have taken away edit columns, I guess that was easier than to make them work correctly. Will be cancelling AI Inventory Management before it bills again. Pretty much useless!
