The app is great. Compared to other apps in the app store, this app offered a lot of customization options. The support team is amazing as well; while other app devs use emails to respond which can take forever, they have an in-built chat option within the app to respond in real-time going over all your queries. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The dashboard is also easy to understand. Correspondence is also wonderful. It is easy to use because it is in Japanese.

Very fast customer support which is always appreciated! App is pretty easy to use. I have used another one before and it was VERY challenging to navigate!

The support could not be any better. I did run into some issues setting up, but they were always resolved *instantly* by Jack who operates the support chat. The app does what it's intended to do, which is a unique benefit, but the support team definitely makes it worth choosing this app over a different auction option.

There was some incompatibility with our theme but support was able to promptly resolve & make some other adjustments per my request. Fantastic app & support!

My team is using this app weekly and once in a while we need the team's help in resetting something or helping with another issue. Mack helped me on an issue and was quick to reset it for me so I can continue working. Great team you have on this app! Highly recommend.
