Auction Today

I have built and manage six Shopify sites. I rarely if ever leave a review for apps. I just want to say that the customer service via chat for Auction Today was stellar! 6 out of 5 stars to Tansy for doing in seconds what I would have had to pay a developer to do a few years ago. Bravo! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

sam got me lined up for a successful auction!

Sam was very helpful, as with everyone I've reached out for help has been so far. But sam was able to make the app custom for me and went above and beyond. Really appreciate what he did!

I just installed the app, and had an issue, and support helped me right away! Very much appreciated the great support!

Faced a few minor challenges setting up my first auction. Overall, the set-up was very user friendly however I needed assistance with setting up a dedicated space. Sam was super helpful (and HUMAN!) and did not make me feel tech-challenged or inadequate. It was a good experience. Plan to upgrade my plan once I get my auctions off and running!

«Mack mi ha aiutato a inserire e salvare la traduzione italiana dei testi delle aste dopo un errore di salvataggio. È stato disponibile e paziente, e ora i testi dell’asta che ho verificato sono in italiano. Grazie per il supporto!»

quick support, thanks

Mack was a great help and got my auction up and running in a few minutes,

Extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! Thank you, Tansy! I didn't know where to start at first and I have a lot more confidence with this support!

Good app that was easy to integrate with my shop. The customer support was genuinely helpful; I got a quick answer from a real person when I had a question.

awesome service, great support

Mack was very helpful, he walked thrugh every steps with me and the app was great.

It can be be tricky to get started but DO make sure you check out their brilliant customer support chat. Tansy was such a help and she was able to sort everything out for me, quickly and painlessly and did all of that despite me being on the free version of the app. Would definitley consider upgrading after this very positive experience.

Was getting set up for first time and Sam patiently walked me through setup and getting all my questions answered.

Exceptional service from Sam!

Good fast help. Had challenges that were quickly overcome. Good app.
