Sam has been fantastic! What amazing customer support. Sam guided us through the process of our 1st auction and gave steller customer service along the way. The app is easy to use and sufficient! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again!

I had some trouble getting the auction feature to show up on my store at first, but the support team stepped in and resolved it by making changes directly in my theme. It took a little back and forth, but once they fixed it, everything started working. I appreciate that they were willing to go into my theme and move things around to get it working properly. Overall, the app does what I need now, and I’m glad it’s running smoothly.

When I was testing the app, I had a problem. I contacted support and they responded super quickly, solving the problem in minutes! The app's construction for setting up auctions is intuitive and easy to understand. Very happy so far!

I only just installed the app 2 evenings ago and although I did have a couple of teething issues it appears to be functioning as expected. I have to say that the support is excellent and very efficient. Many thanks to Sam & Kets. Paul DesignerCentro.com
