Just installed and so far everything is excellent. The App works very well, easily customized.. but what stands out is the service from the Auction Today team. They are fast, efficient and got me the help and advice I needed. Truly excited about what this is gonna be able to do for us. Highly Recommend!

This is my second year using Auction Today. While it is fairly simple, there were a few hiccups with some coding. But the customer service was on it and trying everything they could to get it corrected. A customer made me aware of an issue late at night and the help team stayed with me to correct all issues into the wee morning hours. Not only was it fixed, but they found a few issues of their end and corrected them as well. This was all happening while the auction was already live so I was frantic!! But they pulled through quickly. This year's lesson: Your base product price MUST match your buyout price (not starting bid price) otherwise your checkout amount will default to starting bid, which in my case was lower as my auction is a fundraiser. If you have any questions or your auction doesn't look the way you want, just contact customer service and they'll walk you through it or get it done for you!

Took the time to adjust all settings and setup an auction and it just never added the auction to the listing despite activating the app on the theme. Chat was unresponsive. Waste of time.

This app was very easy to install and setup and the Customer Service far exceeds anything we have experienced on the App Store. Sam in particular was super helpful in getting some very tricky code to implement.

Very Patient Customer Service ... I am not tech savvy .. I was trying out a few different auction apps and somehow got myself in a mess .. was ready to give up and tried to delete only to make a bigger mess .. Then the Help Arrived. I was frustrated and rude and did not deserve the Awesome Help they Provide! Figured out what I did wrong and showed me how to do it correctly .. 100% Recommend !! Now I Can Easily Create Auctions !! Just What I Needed !! Thank You !!

The app offers the best auction functionality out there from what I have seen so far. Evenly important, the customer service support is great. They are unbelievably fast with their response. They are flexible and open to discuss and adapt to solutions that suite your business case within what is technically reasonable. Great app, great support!

We were excited to use this app because of the reviews. Customer support is non-existent. Seems not to work with Shopify 2.0. Looking at other apps.

Shakil was super helpful to get my issue resolved within a couple of mins. I couldn't get the widget to show on my theme but he was patient and understanding of my problem and also asked if there was anything else he can do to support. This is the level of support you want from top companies like Auction Today. Thank you again :)
