One of the best app ever, it saves too much time: instead of updating the tracking number one by one. it saves money: no need to hire an employee for updating the tracking number. No need to download 2 apps for updating your tracking as the other app. Really recommend.

What a great app and cheaper than others I looked at. Very easy to use and set up and the support is very good via the live chat in helping me with any questions I have. I am still setting things up but so far so good! Thanks AutoFulfill. Great App and saves us hours of work. We use it for our UK and Australian websites

One of the best customer support I've ever encountered in Shopify platform. Reuben has been very prompt and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns about the app in very detailed, precise manner (with snapshots to illustrate his answers). Definitely A+++++ customer support rating.

Exactly what we were looking for and very straight forward. We use to have two apps to Export and Fulfill our orders, this app does both. I love the simple design. All I needed to do is share my link to my supplier who can download the Orders when can and upload the Orders once fulfilled. All we need to do is check if the tracking was transferred to our Shopify store. The best part though - is the customer service. Rueben is always there on Chat and available to assist in anyway way. He was so patience and went above and beyone to ensure everything was set up correctly. It really gave me a peace of mind as some apps, you hear from them the next 1 or 2 days and when you are dealing with a lot of orders, there is a sense or urgency. So that was a gamechanger because I never had an app where the service was real-time 24/7. :)

Downloading and setting up was easy and I'm sure it would have been a great app to use. However, customer service is sketchy. There isn't a number to call and I was told I can schedule a call to talk to someone. When I asked for a customer service number the person said they didn't have on at the moment. when I asked again they needed to go talk to someone, and when I finally got a number it was an app personal number. I'm really big on customer relations and this wasn't a good experience especially to do business with.

Haven't used the app to fulfil any orders just yet but support has been super helpful at getting everything set up and integrated with Infinite Options.

The app is working great. Had some troubles migrating to bulk fulfillments but the support is truly outstanding and was available to help me fix it in no time. I highly recommend it.

The app is easy to set up and support was extremely fast at helping us when we had some questions. The app allows us to notify the right suppliers based on the country of the customer who placed the order. Big thanks To Reuben and Sam for their help!

It is just what we needed as we use 3rd party shipping vendors. Super easy to set up for each different vendor and Reuben (staff member) was very helpful during the set up process. This app populates unfulfilled orders and sends an email to your vendor with a link to download an Excel file of all orders. Once they send, they simply add the tracking information into the same file and upload again. That's all that needed. The status and tracking is updated in Shopify either automatically or manually (a one click process) depending on the setting you choose. You can also choose to receive an email keeping you in the loop with what is happening as often as you like (as each order is added, every hour, once a day etc). Great app and very affordable. Thanks so much for making the process easier for us Auto Fulfill!

POSSIBLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED. I was on their chat support for over 8 hours due to my errors and they helped from start to finish and they went above and beyond. I am proud to be an auto fulfill customer.

Such a great app! It is exactly what I needed to automate the fulfillment process with multiple vendors. Support is amazing and very responsive. I reached out to them on 3 separate occasions about improving some of the features they were able to accommodate all of my requests very quickly so that the app works exactly the way I need it to. I highly recommend!
