Great team. Quick reply. They have different apps for banding. I am using some of them for my store.

I am IMPRESSED! Its free, its easy to use and they answered me in 5 min. LOVE THE APP!!!! I was looking for a referral app (not less not more) and finally found one that is not hard core complicated and confusing.

This app used to be simple and did what it needed to do even at the free version, but as I was trying to add more affiliates after a change was made in the app I can't use it anymore. I can't add any new affiliates because there's literally no way to generate a code for them. The button to generate a code is gone and the only option there is to send an invite email, but when the email is sent there's nothing that happens and there's no button in the email for the affiliate to join or generate a code. I've wasted a lot of time trying to fix this and contact support. The support is also very slow to non-existent. I've had the app for over half a year and the contact support button has never done anything. I've tried to reach out through email on the Shopify side of things and also by emailing them. I didn't get a response. I've ultimately lost sales so I'll be using a different app.

nice support! unfortunately no auto-billing - you need to connect with your affiliates - but nice product! support is realllly fast and worthful

I only want a simple 'Refer a Friend' mechanism, rather than a whole Loyalty program. This does the job and was easy to install. When I had a question, I had instant support from Pratiksha, who was patient and friendly.

I just got started. I haven't got any referrals yet, but the setup was easy. It remains to be seen whether it will be effective for generating revenue or not.

Easy to setup, as one free APP, it is enough ! GOOD to try it. But I suggest it should have a function that the influencer can be auto-notified how many transaction through the referral url, and how much commission he can earn.
