Es muy buena aplicación y los chicos de chat son muy amables, solamente hay algunas funciones que no puedo modificar y eso me complica un poco , todo lo demás esta muy bien

I just downloaded the app. Therefore, I need more time to figure it out and rate it. It is a bit complicted for a beginner though.

Customer service is fairly quick. App works well, however; there are certain areas where it can be improved.

All emails require the be approved by the team which makes things a bit cumbersome. Luckily the customer service is really friendly and most of the time very quick to help.

I like being able to design my own popups to be on brand. I use this app for scheduling emails and acquiring email subscribers. I do wish I could save the email campaign I am designing as I go without it backing completely out of the design tool. There should be a smart save feature so that it saves as you go (like google docs) rather than having to manually save.

Love the app, everything runs exactly as advertised. The only thing I wish could be better is if there was a way to prevent customers from using intro discount codes multiple times with different emails. Something to prevent email subscribers on the same IP address from taking advantage of one-time discount codes.

I've been using this app for a few months and love it. The support is very helpful. The only thing, I was offered an unlimited free plan which I've recently found was not forever (which I was never told), and I now have to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the app. I've been offered a discount, which I value, but I would have appreciated to know from the beginning that the free plan was a limited offer.

I am still trying to get comfortable with the app and making a few errors. There is a lot to get familiar with but think that my ability to work with the functionality of the app will get better.
