Customer Service from Karan was amazing. I literally would not have been able to fix my problem without Karan. However, the app itself is a bit confusing on a mobile device.

All your emails and texts now have to be reviewed by them before sending. It took one of my campaigns 3+ hours to be approved. By that time my sale was over when it went out to my customers. You can't send out a last minute newsletter anymore. Support had no sense of urgency to get my campaign reviewed asap. Also no resolution of crediting back for those emails that were wasted.

The app works seamlessly and customer service was very quick to remove Automizely branding, but I am pretty horrified by how rude my service rep was in trying to get me to leave a review. He said, "I helped you. write the review now" immediately after I agreed to write it in the morning as it is late at night for me. He even deleted that message after the fact and lied about saying it, which is dishonest and very concerning. Ultimately I think this is Automizely's problem as opposed to the individual agent, considering apps place an unfair amount of pressure on their support employees to get reviews for their work.

Email marketing was disabled because of high bounced rate when no emails was sent in the first place. Response given by support was a copy paste of the Error Message that says "Contact Support". When asked questions - no answer given. Finally, support left without answering nor sorting out any question. Left me hanging after spending one hour in front of the PC. Program is good, but support needs to improve substantially.

Sadly never got it working. Their support is all over the place - over the course of a week i had to re- explain the same issue to 5 different members of support. One member would tell me the situation is complex and needs 48 hrs - When I messaged the next day to check the progress to a new support member, I would have to start from the beginning. Repeated this process 5 times.

My abandonment emails aren't sending properly (when I do test the email). Also, takes forever to send. Personally, for me, it's not worth it.

It might work for many people, but for us it simply did not and their customers support was not helpful. It's ok considering the app is free, but we prefer to spend a few dollars every month for something that works and peace of mind

There’s to much to do to just do a simple discount. To many steps that you have to do and go through, very unpleasant and difficult. It shouldn’t be this difficult and it’s confusing as well.

Not only is the app brilliant, tons of features to help effectively market your business but the support is also top notch. Edit: Dropping to 3 stars after some usage the app is very glitchy. Emails don't send, pop ups don't work and work randomly, customers discount codes not working. Support used to be good, now its just "I need time to look into this" and you never hear anything back, nor are problems fixed

The service today was horrible. I asked very direct questions and all I got back was, you can do that. It wasn't until I said that their service was terrible did they FINALLY give me a direct answer to a direct question

I've had this APP since March and WAS very impressed with the features and customer service and I recommended this app to other people. The customer service at the time seemed really good. The automated features seem to work well. It was also FREE. Shortly after I got the app I saw they added new plans and I asked them if this applied to me and I was told that I along with others would be grandfathered in and we wouldn't have to worry. Today everything has changed. Where the system really fails is the options for sending emails or newsletters. I was sending emails (maybe once every other month) to under 1200 contacts, No issues. In fact my quota is 3000 emails and I'm only at 47. That's right I'm at 47/3000 emails. The home page makes it seem like I'm good to go....but it's misleading. What they don't tell you is you're limited to 600 contacts and if you want to send more you have to pay them. I even questioned them on their policies in the past and I was assured that I would have no issues whatsoever. Today- without any WARNING.....it wants me to upgrade my plan. I was never given any warning on my home page or by email that they were making these changes. Their customer service is lacking. They seem quick to respond but can't seem to offer any immediate assistance. Very poor business practice and customer service to change policies on existing customers with no warning. UPDATE- They reached out to me to offer 2 months free and 40% off for one month. That doesn't really solve the issue. You'd be better off to use another app for emails like newsletters.

I was trying to set up this app for my shopify website, but I can't use the service because I have a gmail account. As a beginner, when I am told to purchase an email, I have no idea where to begin. So, for now, I don't think this app will be for me. Customer service was prompt and kind.

The first customer service was better... we spoke and I got my concerns settled. I was feeling positive about the app but didn't have time that day to really look into it. Today, I tried again, and it didn't work out too well with the emails so I asked the live chat and it was another person. She had no heart to answer to your questions and took basically 5 mins per question. Hence I decided to change my review and delete the app.

Wasted an hour... waited 7 min for the tech support to check on my previous query record only for him to come back and ask me to explain the problem again. Then he ''disappear'' for 30 min without a word...ask for a response and then he say he will check on the issue... all in all spend 1 hour without any solution. The tech support gave some misinformation in my previous query as well, seems like he doesn't know the app very well

Another update: I just sent another message to their live chat regarding another problem ( app can't fetch data for emails and other tabs,.. so not even sure if customers are receiving purchase and welcome emails... ) and guess what? live chat went from " online " to " network unavailable ", they disconnected the live chat and now it's not showing up anymore... I'm going to uninstall this app... yes it's free, but if that's what you get for free, i'd rather pay an app that WORKS and doesn't have a ridicolous " customer support " that dips when you ask something. #update, I have an issue that still hasn't been fixed for over 5 days. Contacted the support regarding this, and they told me they forwarded my issue to the proper dept. to wait 24h for a response... obviously didn't get any response, so I contacted them again, they asked me again what was the problem... explained again and they told me the same exact thing, and when requested to send them the email associated to the Automatizely account, they didn't even answer as confirmation to have received it. The app is still good, but there are some bugs that NEED to be fixed ASAP. Absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ! I don't really like making reviews, but this app is just perfect ( and free, most importantly ). Super easy to use, TONS of customizations and functions, all in a single app. Support is also great, they answer in less than 30 minutes and follow up on you till issues are solved. I should've discovered this before, but well, it's never too late. 100% recommended, i'm using it here > nobita.shop THANK YOU!

Does a lot but not enough control - for example I'd like to add a disclaimer line about the offer code in the pop-up saying it's only valid on certain things, but there's not option to add extra text. But most annoyingly of all it's started popping up the browser permission ask for all customers saying 'this site would like to send you notifications' and there's doesn't seem to be any way to stop it doing this!!
