Hope the app will live up to this level of service, post-payment! :) 27 Mar: Great service recovery - We were charged without an annual fee without knowing for a member seat - Ankush had assisted us swiftly in removing the member so that it does not happen again in the future and also with the refunding process; super friendly and efficient.
