I've been using the free plan of this app for a few years and have needed help from customer service a handful of times-- they're always very prompt in helping me and I'm always happy with it. It's one of the best free apps out there I think

First I started using this app just for the Popup Newsletter Notification, but scrolling through its settings I noticed how easily I can make any automation I want for any kind of customers or scenario. The stuff is also very helpful. Thank you!

All emails require the be approved by the team which makes things a bit cumbersome. Luckily the customer service is really friendly and most of the time very quick to help.
