The experience is good, the operation is simple, and it is perfect for our website. Not only can the countdown be realized, this allows me to reflect on some product information here.
So far so good, I just recently downloaded, but I'm able to get the help I need and fast. Which is very difficult to find in some of these apps, so I'm very pleased.

Easy to set up emails. Customer support was excellent. I haven't come across anything that I don't like about the app.

While the support chat feature is nice and the agents helpful, I found most of the options for this app limited. You are unable to customize the pop up to change the content requests. I cannot email my subscribers a marketing email unless I'm willing to pay $95 a month, a service that Shopify currently offers for free.

this app will damage your website and the support will not help. Stay away I fixed my website after i deleted this app

Incredibly quick to respond to any questions and quick to solve any issues. Highly recommended. I love the popup which appears when you add a product to cart, we use this to suggest a popular product and it has quite a high conversion rate (around 14%).
I find the email marketing part to be a little restricting, but it could be user error. The customer service is EXCELLENT, though, and the popups are great!

Great platform, you can do a really wide range of extras to your website to boost it, including emails and popup. The support team are SO SO helpful, we had the pleasure of Lovish's help today. The whole support team are fantastic
