They have great customer service! We've had the app for some time and really like how easy it is to set up. The functions are not as robust as some other more expensive programs, however, for a small business without some complicated marketing plan, this app does a great job with popups and such. Very user friendly.

really like this app for my shop. the email marketing tool is great but you only get 3000 emails on the free plan
