Customer support is on point! Never takes time to get help, and they always go above and beyond. Today, I was trying to figure out how to do something kinda custom for my pop up. I usually try to figure things out on my own before even contacting support. Aditya was great, professional, and found the solution to my problem. Another reason why I like them is that they have all the apps and tools I need for now and the future. Most for free! The user interface is cute and easy to navigate. All in all, 10/10!

This app is good for some basic email marketing and automation. There are a couple of features I wish it had, such as hotspot/linking for uploaded images and pdf uploads. But overall good app and great customer service.

I use this app in some of my stores and can't emphasize enough how much useful this app is. Also the best part of it is a lot of the features are free. But would highly recommend to upgrade.

The Customer service was excellent! The rep made sure to check in with me to make sure my needs were met. Even after I closed the chat, I came right back on and that same rep was so attentive to my needs. I give this app a 10+!

I like being able to design my own popups to be on brand. I use this app for scheduling emails and acquiring email subscribers. I do wish I could save the email campaign I am designing as I go without it backing completely out of the design tool. There should be a smart save feature so that it saves as you go (like google docs) rather than having to manually save.
