The support staff are wonderful and always reply immidiately. I have given the app a 4 star as i would like more options in terms of fonts and design. i find it to be quite basic and semi unproffessional - sorry

Tiene muchísimas opciones que te ayudan a estar más cerca de los clientes. Puedes personalizar prácticamente todo lo que te ofrecen. Es muy práctico e intuitivo. Además, en el chat te responden en seguida.

Very difficult to work with. per there website and my account, my subscription for mail services is turned off. I have a large contact list so the bill is over $200 added monthly to shopify. Well they STILL have the charging going on for september eventhough my automizely account says free plan.

Live chat is so helpful. lot of templates for popups and good for email marketing I totally love this app! It has very powerful functions, so I don't have to install many other apps at the same time
