The app works okay but the customer service I received when I had an issue was impeccable. He took his time and was very patient with me and helped figure my issue out. It made me feel like my issue was his issue and he didn't move on until he solved my problem. Thank you sooo much

It might work for many people, but for us it simply did not and their customers support was not helpful. It's ok considering the app is free, but we prefer to spend a few dollars every month for something that works and peace of mind

We started our business with shopify 2 months ago, we came across this tool and were inmediatly blown away by all the functionality available for free. I cannot recommend this app enough for anyone. I would like to mention that customer service is also very prompt and quick which is great for a free app. Perhaps a announcement bar option is in the works soon?

So far so good. Would like to have more control over font type and sizing of the Free Shipping Bar....Prompt customer service responses. Friendly communication.

This app is all you need!! The Emails are super easy to set up and have a lot of different types of customization. Also, there are a lot of extra tools super helpful and all for free! I tried paid apps before but nothing works better than Automizely. Also, the support is very helpful and they always reply fast to help you
