I just started using this up and tried to make "newsletter" and "follow-up email". It is quite easy to make both emails. However, setting up was a liitle bit tricky since I'm not very knowledgable of technology. I asked the support a couple of times since I couldn't understand "DNS setting" part. The support people were very helpful and showed me step by step. Thank you, Abishek (spell?).

WE HAVE USED THIS UP FOR OUR FIRST PROMOTIONS ON LINE AND IT WORKED !! SO EASY TO USE TOO. GREAT ASSISTANCE TOO WHEN I ASKED FOR SOME HELP. GREAT FREE TEMPLATES .

I love this APP, I use it in all my Stores (4 at this time) Marketing features are amazing. I can send email newsletters, do push notifications, and more. Support also is excellent

With helping of Customer service, I could quickly use that App to my online store. It is very convenoent for new seller to use this free apps to their store when they just begin to sell something. If the form could be DIY by seller , it would be the best free apps in shopify.

This is a very good app. For free you can do a lot of things as pop-up, coupon newsletters and more. The technical support is very efficient !

This is a fantastic app. Many features that would normally be an "upgrade" option, come completely free, like branding and customising emails. Has a large newsletter email limit that can be extended, another feature you usually don't get free. I installed it for the pop up tool but all the available features are a great bonus! Support are quick to answer as well. Best app I've come across on Shopify!

This is one of the better free apps, and remains free until you hit the send limit at which point you can contact customer service to request a larger limit. There are some features which they don't have such as SMS marketing/abandoned cart recovery, but there are a lot of products in their pipeline. The customer service via live chat is always available and always willing to help. Thanks!

I only signed up today and that is why I’ve rated it a four so far. Totally impressed with how quick the response to my questions were. Just brilliant. My newsletter pop up looks great and I liked the flexibility of when and how it looks. It’s a little awkward to figure somethings out but I’ll give it time.

I really enjoy the app. Setting up is easy, everything is smooth and help is really good. I started out with emails, abandonded, welcome and now also pop ups and forms. Really do reccomend this app and the team is amazing.
