Easy to use so far. We are using Automizely for welcome emails. The support is responsive and easy to contact within the app. You'll have to update some DNS records to verify but they walk you through it. Nice WYSIWYG functionality.

The service today was horrible. I asked very direct questions and all I got back was, you can do that. It wasn't until I said that their service was terrible did they FINALLY give me a direct answer to a direct question

Wow, I just used this software for a while, its email settings are very nice, and it has a lot of free usage permissions, the customer service reply is very timely, I like this very much, and I will recommend it to more friends.

So far I am really enjoying using this app. It is easy to use and I am loving the customizable options.

They seem pretty great at the moment. Love the free removal of their logo. I look forward to seeing what else they have to offer.
