There is no customer support, not even a live chat! Doesn't work. Tried the sales boost countdown, it doesn't show up anywhere.

This app had a little glitch but the team worked hard to rectify the problem. I use this app to collect email addresses and reward subscribers with a coupon. I like that it allows me to use a photo as a background. I wish it had a fairly inconspicuous corner widget that advertised the discount (ie., Save 15%) so that the visitor could click on it and the popup would appear. Nice app and easy to use. Completely free and thats what a lot of users like and love. I don't like the adress from Automizely in the footer of emails. I understand that there must be a name or something but adress etc is too much and can confuse costumors.

Very easy set-up to create a pop-up and banner to promote our discount code. We do need a way to exclude the banner from some pages. Is this possible?

Love the app..BUT hate the fact that i can't delete your branding. To me your, branding should be hidden. Not visible by/or on the form. The branding i'm referring to is your logo at the bottom of the popup forms. I understand the need for your logo but would have loved it to be tucked away/not seen if possible. Regardless of the branding i like this app. But hoping you could change/delete your 'automizely logo' from the form.

This app is pretty neat and useful. I search around for a lot of free apps and in terms of things available to help you with your email list and advertising this is has to be the best bet. It has an easy to use platform that gives you tonnes of straight forward options to help optimize your customer experience and interaction.
