Shady shady shady. So all the 5 star reviews are because they offer to remove the automizely branding if you give them a good review (surely this is against Shopify TOS?). They also start you out on a free trial of the premium plan which masks the complete lack of functionality of the free plan. You can't collect reviews on the free plan! This is a reviews app that can't collect reviews! The button on your website that says "write a review" disappears after the trial ends. That is absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust the other reviews. Sort by 1 and 2 stars to get the real picture.

Fastest Customer Service. They resolve any type of issue within seconds. The app is very useful for my business and actually helps me for taking some extra orders.
