Für den Anfang ist die App echt sehr gut! Klappt alles reibungslos. Support sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man sich noch wünscht und die man gerne Individualisieren bzw. abändern möchte, jedoch sollte man nicht vergessen, dass die App einem auch ermöglicht, kostenlose Reviews zu bekommen!

i have a store with unique products meaning one piece for each item , and had an issue with reviews is gone right after the product sold out . this app solved this problem by keeping all the reviews in a sidebar and homepage . Thank you

I've gone to support twice now - once for something simple and another time for something much more complex that required specific coding. The service they've given me both times has been nothing short of outstanding - very friendly, helpful and all round brilliant. Can't recommend this app highly enough :)

Probably the worst customer service ever, it took almost a week for them to install a piece of code to show the review stars and still they didnt manage to do it. I remind them everyday they still dont do it. I asked them to completely remove the code from my theme, they said yes we have removed the code and i uninstalled the app afterwards, still two piece of code was left on my website. I manually removed it. Do not install this app you will regret it!

It is really easy to set up and looks great. Just install, use a special button, and import reviews to your store.

Stellar customer service experience. I am in the process of using the app and it seems to work great! Shreyasi went above and beyond answering to all my questions and replying in matter of minutes to all my requests. Really amazing!

This app really helps to keep track of what my customers are buying and what they really like. It would be nice if, when clicking on "reply to review", that it would take me to the appropriate page to thank the customer for their review.

I've been using this app to collect customer reviews automatically. The scheduled emails are excellent. I've just had to contact customer service about a customer request I couldn't find the answer to and the response was quick, polite and completely solved my problem. I'd definitely recommend Automizely.
