Bisher keine Probleme mit der App, funktioniert alles einwandfrei und der Support antwortet ebenfalls super schnell! (Zum Watermark entfernen, hab ich den Support angeschrieben)

I was having trouble with removing the branding. Shivangi was patient and showed excellent customer service and fixed the issue. I love the app! Thanks!!!!

Customer support is very active and helpful. Overall the interface is easy to use and have tons of option to customize your reviews section to attract more customer. The Best free App on App Store

Automizely Product Reviews App has been such an incredible asset to my store. It only took a few minutes to set up and customer service was immediately available to walk me through the final steps.

I'm just launching a new brand and I really needed something quick and easy to set up and this is just perfect! It's basic plan is free (perfect for a new brand with a small email list) and their help desk is quite quick to respond! Looks like they offer a lot of other services as well, perfect if you're hoping to grow with Automizely in the future. The automated review request emails allow you to customize your logo and add an image, there is currently no way to customize the typography styling or content of the emails, but the default is perfectly fine as long as you're not too picky.

customer service was fast and super helpful! definitely would recommend 10-10 stars if it was possible
