I need Automizely Reviews because clients like to buy more confidence. And, when you are a brand new store, it's increase your conversion rate. Do not launch an advertising without checking out if your website is compliant to this trend. You are helping clients to buy. Period

Perfect customer support! I love it but the app needs lots of improvements like you cant filter by languages, while importing, cant translate, need to do manually one by one with google help as I did, time-consuming, and it hides reviewer names which are very disappointing and the display setting is worst cant change the number of display reviews in one row and cant set how many rows should be seen it's only navigate left to right

Je mets juste 4 étoiles car je viens de l'installer sur ma boutique de bijoux faits main. À voir dans le temps. Pour l'instant service client par chat très rapide et efficace. Les fonctionnalités de base sont là avec possibilité d'affichage en français. Je regrette juste de ne pas pouvoir déplacer le widget car tout en bas de la page produit donc peu visible.

This app has almost everything that I was looking for to automate product reviews for my website including the ability to automatically send out review requests after orders have been fulfilled/delivered. The only thing it doesn't have is the ability to send out emails for orders that took place prior to the app being installed. Tech support responded within seconds when I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using the App now for a week or so and find it easy to use. Importing and changing reviews as well as assigning the reviews to products are easy. Easily publish or unpublish any review to display only the reviews you want. Had a issue with regards to the display of the stars on the Product and Collection pages, but customer service bumped it up to tech support and they resolved the issue within a day or two. Only thing missing that I can currently see is I can't EXPORT reviews from the app to use in alternative locations or to back them up. You can can share the reviews to social media though which is an option. All in all very happy with this completely free app and will look at using some of their other paid for apps after this experience. Oh, for some reason you need to double tap the Side BAr review button on mobile which they are looking at resolving as this does cause problems right now.

The customer service is lovely and answered any questions I had. Note that there are some limitations (such as not being able to move the reviews directly under the product description and not able to save the reviews if you change themes). It would be great if these features become available! It is still a great free app and has all necessary features for product reviews on my store. Thank you.
