Automizely is Excellent, with great customer service. Will continue to use this service. Use their email subscribers app as well

Just started using but had a question on installing and the chat box came up and was surprised especially being a Sunday, issue was taken care of right away.

I've switched from Opinew to Automizely and the experience has been amazing. The reviews are super clean, support is fantastic (S/O Shreyasi) and to top it off it's FREE. Highly recommend it to other Shopify owners.

it was evening in my place when i made my inquiry/asked for help. i was very pessimistic somebody would be there to respond and anticipated i would be stuck with my predicament for a long time. but to my amazement, the help came in a few seconds. and my problem was resolved right away. this showed me at least three things: professionalism, help was immediate and expertise. Thanks for the help and im very, very impressed.

Just installed this app and the setup is super easy and completely free. I love that you can allow customers to attach photos to their reviews too. There is also an option to remove Automizely branding, all you have to do is contact support, and it's also free. Support was super fast to get this done for me. I'm also in the process of building a 2nd store and will use this app there as well.
