Akanksha was very helpful and knowledgeable with AfterShip Feed. Although the outcome I wanted wasn't ideal she offered an alternative which worked. She told me that there was a new update on the way that would resolve the issues I was having should I face the issue again.

Agents take too long to look into an issue. I have opened live chat 3 times since joining Afterhsip and had frustrating issues with syncing to TikTok shop. I often get sent the troubleshooting article but because the list is so long it doesn't help trying to find the error code on such a long article. The team are patient and friendly it's just frustrating with the time taken to resolve an issue.

Highly recommend using this app to feed your shopify through to your tiktok. Ayushi is very helpful!
