Fairly easy to set up and connect to your tiktok shop. However, I had some Syncing related questions & decided to ask for help & the customer support Rep "Sadhan" was very helpful & answered all my questions.

Great tool - makes tiktok shopify much streamlined, takes.a bit of getting used to though. UI could be more intuitive...Gave it 5* as customer support is excellent

Customer service was very helpful and made it so much easier to set up my TikTok shop! Having orders connect to our Shopify will also help us manage inventory better so looking forward to using AfterShip for some time :)

when the order is synced from Tiktok shop to shopify, the customer name becomes some hard coded "Joe Customer". contacted the support and wasn't really helpful. I can definitely see improvements in their customer support.

I have nothing but trouble using this app. It appears it's not updated to TikTok Shop Seller Central. I had to delete it and find someone else.

Terrible. ive spent a total of 12 hours on this app syncing products, one product would not allow the variants to sync due to an error message saying sales attribute contains prohibited words. which is obviously an error. live chat no help at all. no one can fix the issue. ive also tried deleting the product so I could then try again and upload and sync it and it does not allow you. Waste of time. The app is a nightmare to navigate, and live chat is a waste of time,ive now deleted the app after waiting over 24hrs for a response on live chat

Good app. Does mostly what it needs to do. However it's slow to sync and also it doesn't carry across product EAN data to the Tik Tok listing, which of course is super important and very much needed. As we have around 11,000 products, and some of them have variants, I'm not going to be manually copying and pasting every one of the barcodes from my Shopify store into the TikTok Shop equivalent listing. This is surely one of the things that the app is meant to do. Where an EAN exists on Shopify, the conversion code they have in this app that creates the listing in Tik Tok should copy this across. This is mega important to us and it will be (or should be) to any other Shopify merchants that would want to use your app. I've raised this and other glitches like this with your tech / integration team, who so far have been very quick to respond, so I'm hopeful this can be added soon. I'm surprised this hasn't been raised already. Or, is your app new and not fully operational?

So far so good. The support team is very helpful, and the app has made our TikTok selling process very smooth.
