ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DOES NOT WORK WITH TIK TOK!. it will sync your orders twice into shopify! and hour and a half on the chat, support doesn't speak English at all. spoke to 3 reps, keep writing copy paste responses, like they are not even reading the messages! I am sure 99% of the good reviews here written by fake stores that do not exists, cause after and hour and a half on the chat repeating yourself 4-5 times, you'' want to smash your computer. we have 50 apps installed on our shopify and this is by far the worst customer support i have ever received from any app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Akanksha was very helpful and knowledgeable with AfterShip Feed. Although the outcome I wanted wasn't ideal she offered an alternative which worked. She told me that there was a new update on the way that would resolve the issues I was having should I face the issue again.

Agents take too long to look into an issue. I have opened live chat 3 times since joining Afterhsip and had frustrating issues with syncing to TikTok shop. I often get sent the troubleshooting article but because the list is so long it doesn't help trying to find the error code on such a long article. The team are patient and friendly it's just frustrating with the time taken to resolve an issue.
