It's easy to set up, has all needed features. I love it so far!
great app. simple, easy to use and does what's needed. doesn't crash or glitch like some other apps.
ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DOES NOT WORK WITH TIK TOK!. it will sync your orders twice into shopify! and hour and a half on the chat, support doesn't speak English at all. spoke to 3 reps, keep writing copy paste responses, like they are not even reading the messages! I am sure 99% of the good reviews here written by fake stores that do not exists, cause after and hour and a half on the chat repeating yourself 4-5 times, you'' want to smash your computer. we have 50 apps installed on our shopify and this is by far the worst customer support i have ever received from any app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Akanksha was very helpful and knowledgeable with AfterShip Feed. Although the outcome I wanted wasn't ideal she offered an alternative which worked. She told me that there was a new update on the way that would resolve the issues I was having should I face the issue again.
Their customer service team is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. Highly recommend!
Aditya was super helpful assisting me with my issue of syncing products. I will be reaching out to him in the future should I have any additional concerns with the program.
Agents take too long to look into an issue. I have opened live chat 3 times since joining Afterhsip and had frustrating issues with syncing to TikTok shop. I often get sent the troubleshooting article but because the list is so long it doesn't help trying to find the error code on such a long article. The team are patient and friendly it's just frustrating with the time taken to resolve an issue.

Customer Service was fast and answered all my questions helping with set up.
When I had issues they jumped on a call straight away to fix them, really efficient!
