I have been using this app and so far it have been great, lot's of features and customer service is just as great.

I haven't seen so greedy developers as these. We have installed the tiktok shop app to manage products and orders directly via Shopify. As we have a whole team who is dealing with it, we have noticed that we need to give them access to the app but we need to pay for every single member who wants to join and have access to it. It's $12 per seat!!!!! This is ridiculous. Never seen this kind of stuff before and as soon as I installed the app, I removed it and knew that I would not use it again. As an addition, you don't have any information on the app page regarding the pricing. We agreed to pay $18 for an app but an additional 24 is not acceptable.

Although learning the new app & connecting it to tiktok shop is confusing the team at Aftership is most helpful. I've reached out several times and they are always quick to respond and so helpful.

Disappointing start waiting 4 hours for the 95 products to pull through as advised by chat support - unfortunately to find that it still isn't working with no real guidance on whether it will or not - support feedback is the the products are under review (this is not the case) they have not been pulled through by the app - only 4 products made it onto the tiktok shop - not a great impression at all - i then joined a google meet with Kumar who quickly resolved this issues
