This application is incredibly powerful and completely free. If you have any questions, you can directly ask the customer service team; they are very professional and answered all my questions. It's a fantastic application plugin.

Customer support is above and beyond what I expected, especially given the fact that I am using the free plan. Any issues or bugs I had with the app working with our older theme, they solved (and then some) very quickly. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend this app. The trust badges and sticky ATC button work perfectly on our store. Super excited to keep using this app. Thank you!

Huge thanks to Jasmine from the Avada team! She helped me seamlessly enable and integrate the Avada app on my Shopify store. Super quick, patient, and very knowledgeable. Absolute top app and support! I am extremely happy with the Avada Trust Badges app. The app is very comprehensive and includes all the payment and trust badges you need for the Dutch and Belgian markets (such as iDEAL and Bancontact). But what truly sets this app apart is the fantastic customer service. I was incredibly well-assisted by customer service representative Annie in setting up the badges and styling them with custom CSS to make them look perfect on my webshop. Annie was highly knowledgeable, offered great advice on the best placement for conversion, and responded very quickly. Thanks to her help, I have given my customers' trust a huge boost. I highly recommend this app to everyone who wants to seriously focus on social proof and trust in their webshop.
