I can't believe this app is free. The value and customer service is top tier! I recently installed this app and had a few customizations that were needed to make it fit my store. I contacted customer service through the in-app chat system and I didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes before I received help and the issue I had was resolved. Within days as I worked the many FREE features of this app into my store and needed help, customer service assisted me and resolved all of my issues. I am more than grateful for this app and the entire team over there at Avada. Its evident they really like their company and enjoy helping people.

The supporting team is very good. Jasmine in the chat and Anivia in the technical team did an efficient job on the color set up of the badges.

This application is incredibly powerful and completely free. If you have any questions, you can directly ask the customer service team; they are very professional and answered all my questions. It's a fantastic application plugin.

Customer support is above and beyond what I expected, especially given the fact that I am using the free plan. Any issues or bugs I had with the app working with our older theme, they solved (and then some) very quickly. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend this app. The trust badges and sticky ATC button work perfectly on our store. Super excited to keep using this app. Thank you!

Huge thanks to Jasmine from the Avada team! She helped me seamlessly enable and integrate the Avada app on my Shopify store. Super quick, patient, and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and set up perfectly without any hassle. Excellent support experience highly recommend Avada just because of support like this!
