There was an issue with the countdown timer with our theme, but when I contacted support Hana fixed it fast. She also helped me with some custom CSS so we could display it how we wanted to with our website. So first impressions of this support team are very good!

I highly recommend it, it helped a lot to increase my sales. I had a technical problem and I had immediate help from the support team, Jasmine, Tiana and Toby in the tech, who solved my problem in 2 minutes.

This service is fantastic!! The customer service is amazing! Everyone is very helpful especially Audrey!! They assisted me when needed and now my website is ready to go with some amazing features that have been provided at no cost. I see why they have all the 5 star ratings that they do!!

app is breeze and hosts lot of features . I was using for the first time and got stuck . Went through live chat and got instant support from Tiana and she got me through in mins . Thanks Tiana for the great help
