Awesome customer service. They reply within minutes. I received some files for creating custom trust badges and got them asap. Love the trust badges feature. Easy and quick to install.

Hanna did amazing work in getting back quickly and updating the theme on our Oswin Hyde store. The timer functionality is exactly what we were looking for.

Couldn't get the app to work to begin with, but Liz in support got it working for me and fixed the issues (which were probably in how I configured it). Seems to work pretty well.

Im the new one on this app and i just dont know how the features work and Hana from support was extremely helpful. She explained me all the features one by one.

This app has been great! It contained features that we never thought we needed. Also if you need any help with the app or have any concerns, they respond and act on it right away. You aren't talking to a bot that simply gives you quick answers. They super help. Shout out to Hana, thank you so much again for responding to me and for helping out always!

Amazing, being new to Shopify I was not sure how to the Avada APP. Lydia was so pleasant and guided me through all the features Avada has to offer. She sent screenshot with detailed descriptions on how to perform the actions.
