Great and prompt customer support from Lydia. However, there are several limitations to the app as it is now, which I'm hoping get ironed out soon (e.g. daily countdown timers for same day dispatch, unique sets of trust badges for different products).

Thanks to Jasmine I was able solve my issue regarding translating pop up sales into Spanish. She was quick, kind, proactive and answer all my questions.

Be honest, i was confused how to use and copy this badge IDs, Tried Customer service, Hana, showed up too quickly with very polite tone. ask for all permisson, i approved and with in few minutes completely fixed my store. I asked too many questions and she/he gave all satisfied answers, also help me how set it up for the next time, step by step. Amazing........ :) Thannk You Hana, you just made my day.

The app is light and easy to navigate, so many groovy tricks to add to the store, and most and foremost is the help I received when I chatted with Liz. She's very friendly and professional!
