I had some issues with the theme code that was caused by other apps code and Hana and the Avada Team quickly helped fix my site! They are fantastic. Thank you Avada Team, the Avada apps work great!

Juliana was so helpful with getting my store set up, she was so patient and worked through each setting with me and then took over when I couldn't figure it out. Highly recommend.

Available and very responsive, they solved my problem in less than 10 minutes and answered my questions almost immediately! A big thank you to Prakash who solved a problem I was experiencing very quickly! Thanks to him again!

Prakash was very helpful and professional with fixing the issues i was having with the app. Unfortunately i needed to contact support as the trust badges and sticky add to cart were not working on our site
