I recently contacted support with a question about character limits, and Iris was incredibly helpful. Her reply was very speedy, and she took the time to clearly address my request. I really appreciated her willingness to help and her friendly, professional attitude. Excellent support experience!

The app itself is very good its a bit hard to get a hold of what your doing and stuff but overall good Ethan Aughust was a big help

Normalement je pourrais en mettre 5 étoiles, vu la disponibilité et la réactivité de Riley. mais pour le moment je découvre juste l'application, et j'ai une bonne impression. une fois que je l'aurais complètement intégré, si je suis toujours autant satisfait comme aujourd'hui, ce sera un 5 étoile assuré.

A fantastic app that addresses our consent compliance needs perfectly. Furthermore, the dev team is fantastic - Iris stayed on chat with me to personally walk me through the required settings, which was so helpful and so appreciated. Would recommend Avada to anyone needing this!

I downloaded the app this evening, as a previous app we were using did not allow for cookies to be rejected. I wasn't overly confident on what needed to be done to be fully GDPR compliant so I reached out to the help team. Tiana was absolutely amazing and talked me through all of the steps and we're now fully compliant! I was also able to customise the banner to be on brand for us. Thanks so much - would highly recommend this app.
