We had an amazing experience with Avada! The installation process was seamless, thanks to Tatiana, who guided us every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond to our questions. Her professionalism and expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tiana was wonderful in helping me through the issues I was having with setting up the banner and making sure everything was correct. She walked me through the steps needed and made sure I understood what was happening. I would highly suggest their customer service alone, the app itself is wonderful but the customer service is a step above.

We downloaded this app yesterday and needed a couple things tweaked. Kevin and William were on it within 15 minutes and I am more than impressed. Highly recommend!

I just installed Avada RGPD/GDPR Cookie Consent with great ease, it is so easy to use that I was able to do the configuration myself. The support service, especially Mia, assisted me with effective compliance and my store. Everything went wonderfully and I am happy not only for that, but also for Mia's welcome, friendliness and courtesy. Well done team!

just setup Avada with the help of Ricky! The service experience was really good - I feel now ready to be compliant with the laws. The setup itself was super convenient with the provided check list and I think this banner is more of an eye candy than others. Thanks again!

Support helps quickly and well, answers all questions quickly. Unfortunately, it is necessary to go to the “Pro” plan as a minimum, otherwise you will not be compliant. I think that's a pity, you don't need all the features that are not mandatory, but there are two that are hidden in the Pro plan.

I purchased the Pro version as I needed this for GDPR reasons. After going through the set-up wizard, I was amazed at how easy and accessible it all was, it felt as easy as ticking check boxes to start. I was a bit confused on the GCMv2 setup, however Tiana was able to check my store and check that I had setup all of the backend configuration properly in my code. She also took screenshots from her test showing screenshot in denied state before accepting cookies, and the second screenshot displaying accepted state after accepting cookies. Tiana was great help! Thank you again <3

I've tried so many Cookie Consent apps and Avada is the best. Mainly because the customer service is amazing and fast. I've been working with Nim, and she's amazing. Highly recommend if you want a cookie consent banner that is fully customizable to fit the aesthetic of your site.

I don't know where to start I use all of Avada's services This particular app I got a lot of help from Tiana who really took her time and helped me I highly recommend it, if you are like me and want to do everything quickly and easily and plus you get knowledgeable staff who are helpful all the time.
