Tiana was wonderful in helping me through the issues I was having with setting up the banner and making sure everything was correct. I would highly suggest their customer service alone, the app itself is wonderful but the customer service is a step above.

Support helps quickly and well, answers all questions quickly. Unfortunately, it is necessary to go to the “Pro” plan as a minimum, otherwise you will not be compliant. I think that's a pity, you don't need all the features that are not mandatory, but there are two that are hidden in the Pro plan.

I've tried so many Cookie Consent apps and Avada is the best. Mainly because the customer service is amazing and fast. I've been working with Nim, and she's amazing. Highly recommend if you want a cookie consent banner that is fully customizable to fit the aesthetic of your site.
