I truly can't show how much appreciation i have for the support team for being there and helping me all the way through the set up, i won't forget the help they gave me and will personally hold all of that with me for a long time. Overall amazing support 10/10 highly recommended

I needed assistance today because I am not very proficient with using Shopify codes and other related features. Tiana provided help quickly and effortlessly, making the entire process much easier for me. Thanks to Tiana's help, I now feel more confident using the app. The customer service experience has been outstanding, and this gives me great confidence in the app's quality and reliability. Sehr intuitives Tool, um den Cookie Banner passend aufsetzen zu können mit einem sehr gut funktionierenden Cookie-Scanner. Bei Fragen half mir mein Support Tiana sehr schnell und freundlich weiter. Sehr empfehlenswert! Update: 05.11.2024 Nach einem Theme-Wechsel benötigte ich noch einmal Hilfe. Judy und Wiliam konnten mir sehr kompetent und schnell weiterhelfen. Vielen Dank!

Good app. Easy to use, and support is prompt and efficient. When I was having an issue I hopped onto the chat support and Tiana and Tony helped me configure and test Google Consent Mode v2 integration in a matter of minutes.

The support team, Lydia especially, is excellent and very patient. I really appreciate that so that is why I'm giving 5 stars. The instruction clarity on the app could definitely be improved. things that would be helpful: Direct links, clear short instructions that are to the point and easy for everyday people to understand....basically, instructions for dummies is always much appreciated for those of us who don't do this everyday and would just like to set up a website with as much ease as possible.

The app works very well. I just wanted to say thank you so much to support team, when we encountered an issue I spoke with Melody and William providing 1st class technical support. They looked into the setup and installation thoroughly and found the issue.
