I had a small issue with ther banner for cookies showing time and time again but Toby fixed it! good support experience although it took a bit of time. the app is free and it works so what more can i ask.

I have been using the app for several months, which has been a great asset to my business. It's the most operationally convenient, visually pleasant, and cost-effective cookie banner I found on the app market. In addition to the product, the customer service is superb. Esther, Tony, and Pamela have been particularly helpful when I was having trouble reinstalling the app after a theme update. The 24/7 help desk solved my problem in a few minutes. I highly recommend Avada Cookie Banner.

Amazing app which is easy to use to install a cookie banner. Quick set up with loads of design options. I had a bit of difficulty viewing my cookie banner, and Anthea from the support team was incredibly helpful. She even answered additonal questions regarding the app settings.

Easy setup. Note that you MUST select for data collection after consent for the app widget to show up on the live side. Hana at Avada was pleasant and very helpful. Recommend the app.
