Had some issues with installing the app but with help from the support team (which is very easy to connect with trough the live-chat) my issue was solved in a matter of minutes. My issue was taken care of by Esther, so thank you :)

Emily and William from Avada were a huge help in getting this set up to work with our shop. We use the Shopify Forms and Shopify Inbox widgets in the bottom corners, so they were able to reposition the cookie consent banner above the widgets. Great support for a free app!

I’m still new to the app, but so far it seems pretty straightforward. When I ran into a small css issue, I was connected with Avada using the chat bot. Liz expertly handled my request and I was up and running quickly!! Thank you Liz!

I'm pretty good navigating Shopify. But when I encountered the Avada app, I got hung up and couldn't find the right course of action. So, I clicked the "chat" box to ask for help. And up popped Emily! She was fantastic, asked me to look for this and that and to report what I found. I granted her access to my back end and she did what she had to do. Within minutes my Avada EU GDPR Cookie Consent app was working. And I never lifted a finger. NOTE TO AVADA MANAGEMENT: Emily's a gem, you won't find many like her, and her type tends to be discovered by competitors and "promoted." I strongly suggest Emily be awarded a larger office and a massive raise in pay. THIS WEEK!
