The Avada Cookie Consent is very easy to set up and includes everything we need plus added benefits. My experience with customer service was excellent - Hana was very quick and thorough in responding to my inquiry.

The Avada cookie banner app is very good. And the support is excellent. I had to call support twice for small things and was helped perfectly in real-time chat. The last time, Esther presented me with the solution within two minutes. That's really top-notch. Thank you again.

Superb experience with the support. Great UI. Fast installation. Quick answer with Sunny, 24/7. The app is also calculating your web page speed and gives you a quick access to another of their app to optimise it. I think that this app is free, but they count of people optimising with their second app. So I think that it's a good thing to support them by using it if your website needs it :)

This app has an easygoing integration that does not effect any settings in your template which is great to see. I also had a great experience with Esther and Tony from support in understanding the editing process of the feature and in fixing anything that didn't work such as the automated terms and conditions page not showing. They explained and helped quickly and efficiently the app feature is now working perfectly. Great customer service thank you!

The app is relatively simple in its structure and the customization options are limited, but it is free and it absolutely fulfills its purpose. I would like to highlight in particular the fact that there is excellent customer support available. These are real people who are very knowledgeable about the software and can even make individual app customizations (as was the case with me). A big thank you to Esther and Gideon from Avada customer support, who helped me very quickly and to my fullest satisfaction. I can wholeheartedly recommend the app.

App does what it should, easy and for free! You can configure basically everything relevant for your shop. If you run into issues, they have a 24/7 support with quick responses and good understanding of their tool. Sunny supported me through an issue and even checked it from her side, we very appreciated this! Thank you again for your help!
