1.) tech support is great even at the free tier, my chat guy Brian took me right through the steps and made sure that I was in the right places and in compliance . 2.) App is pretty easy to set up adn even easier considering they automaticly put you in touch with tech support at the beginning to make sure you do it right ! In all very satisfied so far, now we get to see how it works

Awesome customer service, they helped me to set up everything in no time, now my shop is 100% compliant for all regions :)) It might be pricey, but it’s definitely worth it for the convenience and peace of mind.

Great product. I was having some issues getting this setup to track properly. I knew I must be missing something in my tracking scripts. Kevin and Raymond had no issues in requesting access and checking through the setup. We was setup and compliant within a hour. Thanks so much guys. If you want a peace of mind then don't hesitate choosing Avada. If the simple setup causes any issues then these guys will jump and resolve anything fast and efficiently.
