I'm in absolute awe of just how effortless and inviting this app is! Even though I don't exactly fancy myself a tech whiz, I knew that venturing into email marketing was crucial for my business’s success. Initially, trepidation washed over me, but oh boy, did it turn out to be exhilaratingly misplaced. This gem of an app doesn’t only welcome you with its impeccable user interface - it also dazzles you with its fabulous templates at no cost! What topped off this satisfying experience was the stellar customer service; absolutely unmatchable! In all honesty, I figured an automated bot would pop up when I used their chat feature - yet lo and behold - Abby appeared; a delightful human primed to lend assistance right there on the spot. Abby certainly embodied 'above-and-beyond', initially assisting with my questions about the review aspect of the app then unexpectedly helping iron out another separate query regarding email marketing. Both admiration and glee consume me when reflecting on not only her unparalleled problem-solving skills but also her unwavering friendliness. With both joy in my heart and appreciation in mind,I’m profoundly pleased with this application as well as Abby's standout service. A big thumbs-up from me! Don't look any further.

I had to use customer support, and Jasmine's assistance was very good; she quickly resolved my issue. The program works quite well and is easy and intuitive. So far, we're quite pleased with it.
