Regarding email marketing functionality, I believe Avada's product is slightly better than Klaviyo. Klaviyo has a very obvious trademark. It's very clear that this will cause customers to be unclear about what our brand is. The most important point is that for Shopify sellers, they will definitely encounter various problems, especially with complex software like this, and customer support functionality will be particularly important. First, Klaviyo does not have online support, meaning you have to send emails to customer support like in the last century, and then wait for ten hours or even longer. Even after waiting for a response from customer support, you'll find that their reply is completely useless. However, for Avada, they have 24-hour online support, and their response time is within 1 minute, anytime. They will proactively help you modify the code. Even if you are a free user, Avada's customer support treats all issues equally. This is something Klaviyo cannot match.

So far so good. Great experiences with the customer service team Tracy, Charles, and Hana. There were all helpful and quick at answering questions.

I had a great experience with the online support team, especially Jasmine. She responded quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs truly stood out. Great customer service all around!

This program is very professional and can solve practical problems, and Hana is also very patient to help solve the problems encountered during use. It is highly recommended for everyone to use it.

Es mi primer día, Y todas mis dudas han sido resueltas rápidamente, Gracias a Hana, una atención al cliente buenísima. No esperaba tanta rapidez y preocupación por su parte, y me ha sorprendido gratamente. Así que de momento en atención al cliente doy 5 estrellas porque no hay 10. Así da gusto empezar a trabajar con una app nueva y que aún no conoces.
