Avada is easy to use and has lots of customization options. I've enjoyed working with it so far! Also, I worked with Esther is customer support and she fixed my issue very quickly. Wonderful app!

I had an issue with browsing my store, and email signup form, but Lizz and Abby provided outstanding customer service. They were not only friendly and attentive but also quickly resolved the problem. Their expertise and dedication were impressive. I highly recommend them for their excellent assistance! They went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.

The support was amazing! Esther help me resolve an issue I had with syncing my email list. It literally took less than 5 min and on top she bumped up the number of emails I had as a monthly limit. So, I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience.

I have never ever experienced such a detailed to precision Service, Esther is so dedicated she makes sure issue is resolved and otherwise involves the developers to fix it - Besides all the amazing stuff Avada is Unique and i wish all the best to continue and grow. Without Avada i cannot imagine a future for my online business.

So far this app seems to be fantastic along with it's excellent customer service. Hana helped me numerous times with so many of my questions--and so efficiently. She has guided me to fix and accomplish so many things with ease. I highly recommend this app because of the service and help!
