The app is complex and offers a lot of features. They offer good SMS rates and regarding support, Emily is always there to help. She is very professional and you can count on her with everything from setup to general questions

I had a few problems with the setup, but Lydia was very quick to response. Lydia have been very helpful and resolved all the issues I encountered.

I've had a couple questions on using this as the app is new to me. Support has been wonderful! Sunny was fast, efficient, and helped resolve my issue within 5 minutes. I am super happy so far, and I am glad that support is 24/7. I work odd hours and it's nice to know someone will be there when I need them

Un' app veramente fantastica anche nella sua versione gratuita. La utilizzo da un paio di mesi e mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho utilizzato il forms per la newsletter con il buono sconto , l'automazione che invia la email personalizzata ai clienti dopo essersi iscritti e le varie email. Ottima anche l'assistenza che è disponiblie h24 e un grazie speciale a Jasmine che ha risolto un mio problema in pochi minuti. Grazie anche a Audrey and William che mi hanno aiutato oggi con un piccolo problema. Servizio sempre eccellente A truly fantastic app even in its free version. I've been using it for a couple of months and I've had a great time. I used the forms for the newsletter with the discount coupon, the automation that sends the personalized email to customers after they sign up and the various emails. The assistance is also excellent and is available 24 hours a day and a special thanks to Jasmine who solved my problem in just a few minutes. Thanks also to Audrey and William who helped me today with another little problem. Always excellent service.

Avada is very thorough and their customer service team is excellent. When I have an issue, Emily resolves it quickly and responds with detailed responses to my questions and screenshots.

Just great customer support! i have used multiple Avada apps on my store, what i like the most is there prompt responses to fix issues. i worked with Jasmine lately and she was great, fixed all my problems patiently. I also had a great interaction with Esther when i had questions about my email automations. overall great customer service, prompt responses and they always get the job done.
