Avada is thorough they have a lot of cool templates and features, but the cherry on top is their support team. Even through chat, Hana was able to solve my issue within 20 minutes with detailed replies to my questions and screenshots.

I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it's already helping a lot. Over all support is great. Today Hana provided excellent support and fixed all our issues.

I never had a better support experience like this. Hana is beyond amazing. She did everything for me. I am beyond satisfied. 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Thank you sooooo much. You are the best :) We just finished and I am so happy with what she did for me. You can't see this every day. She is one of a kind. Abby, was very quick at resolving my issues. she actually logged in and guided me step by step, thank you. It will take a bit of time, but on first look, the app is really good at Email and SMS marketing. I will update my review in a few weeks time when ive really used it end to end.

Hana really helped out a lot during the set up. App is easy to use and intuitive and if you need anything you can just text to the support chat, ussualy they respond within minutes already!
