I recently had the pleasure of working with Abby on a customer service issue, and I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism and dedication to resolving my problem. I was having trouble with my account, and I was getting frustrated because I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I contacted customer service, and Abby was the one who helped me. She was very patient and understanding, and she took the time to explain the problem to me in a way that I could understand. She also worked diligently to find a solution, and she was able to fix my account within minutes.

I love this Avada email marketing and text messaging platform! The platform’s user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Even team members with minimal technical experience can quickly learn to use it effectively. Jasmine support is excellent. She was responsive,ready to help with any questions I had. This marketing automation platform takes our marketing efforts to new heights. It's a must-have for any business looking to optimize their marketing processes, become more efficient and achieve better results. I highly recommend it!

We've just got started using Avada Email Marketing & SMS but so far it has been pretty amazing! It immediately suggests what you should do upon opening the app and one of the first things we needed was a pop up for our site. They offer some great templates for popups but even if you choose one of the templates, it is highly customizable. You can make it match your store and add custom CSS if you need to. Next up is creating workflows to welcome new customers and for abandoned shopping carts. That is customizable too, and they have great templates you can create for your transaction emails in shopify. This app offers a lot of features and I mean a lot of really good ones. You can't go wrong by installing this app and using it for your email and marketing needs. The support has been fantastic, "Hana" has been ready and available to help me with any questions or problems I run into. I look forward to using all this app has to offer! And I definitely look forward to help from Hana should I need it.
