Absolutely fantastic service from Hana. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to set up the entire DNS entries. I would also give it 6 stars for the great service.

They are very fast in responding inside the live chat session with 24/7 support. Also helping in things that are complicated for me making my life easier. Literally cheap and don't need to purchase a plan to talk to there support team unlike other email services i installed. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was Saturday when I have time most to work on my Shopify online store and of course I have most questions. I had doubt to start chatting and getting right answers because it was weekend. However, Abby responded and swiftly solved my problem. Also, I had the free plan (hasn't upgraded to a paid plan then), but still Abby's response was fast and direct to the point! Thank you Abby and I am now ready to commit to the app and expand my email campaign further to expand my store.

This is a hidden gem. The support team is very helpful and responsive as well. I had help from Hana, she was excellent. I have no idea how email marketing works but she held my hand through the whole process
